New CDL drivers are welcomed! Must have a CDL training certificate from one of the approved schools on FedEx list (see below).
While classified as an Entry Level Driver, the driver must within a minimum of three months and a maximum of nine months, complete an additional 300 CDL A behind-the wheel hours while accompanied by a lead driver. 96 of those hours must be observed by the lead driver.
The Entry Level Driver receives a set starting salary:
1st month – $1,200 weekly
2nd month- $1,300 weekly
3rd month – $1,400 weekly
The pay listed above is the starting pay based on working 5 days over the road between Saturday and Friday.
