The Driver Referral Bonus amount is $1,500 and paid out in three installments of $500 each. Payouts are distributed after 90, 120, 150 days of the referred driver’s start date. There is no maximum number on how many drivers you can refer.
Eligibility
Previous drivers are not eligible for referral.
Eligible candidate must be referred to either their manager or directly to the recruiting team before the candidate starts the onboarding process.
The referred driver and referring driver must be currently working and in good standing at time of payout.
